Hello,
My name is Declan Duffy and we emigrated to America 11 years ago. We lived on Raheen Road for 21 years before we embarked on the greatest journey of our lives. We still have great memories of our time in St. Mark's parish. We would love to hear from anybody who remembers us. We had a video store (DSR VIDEO) in Fortunestown Shopping Center. Hello there,
I grew up in Springfield and have very fond memories of the parish.
I particularly remember being asked by a nice priest if I could design and draw the front cover for the Confirmation booklets back in 1990 - when I was making my own confirmation - both of which I did!
The website looks great - keep it up!!
